Meetings and conferences

Venabu fjellhotell is well equipped to hold courses for up to 50 people in a classroom setting. In our largest meeting room we can accommodate 80 people for lectures in a cinema setting. We have a projector & broadband internet connection.

All rooms have good natural  light and have room for overhead & flipover.

Technical equipment:

Photocopy machine with zoom to A3, video & DVD player, several TV’s & digital cameras. In the ”plenum” we have broadband internet, telephone line, NEC projector with connections to PC & video.

We also have an electric piano which can be moved to all meeting rooms as well as the lounges & dining room.

Some advantages:

• Many activities can be arranged by the hotel: Riding, sleigh rides, guided walks
• Served food in our wigwam or on the summer farm
• Two saunas and relaxing room for up to 12 people
• "Norwegian traditional buffet” with information about the recipes & traditions
• Good access for wheelchair users – ramps into all meeting rooms, otherwise everything on the same floor
• We collect from Ringebu train and bus stations
