January - a fascinating month in the mountains.
You have the most beautiful light, good snow conditions
and good prices. Try a January stay to give you the
arctic feeling! In the middle of the day you have four
hours of sunshine in the beginning of the new Year, and the
length of the day increases with approximately 10 minutes
per day. Very quiet and relaxing. |

Peer Gynt open air play 2012
Fantastic open air scene at Gålå, 45 minutes drive from
Venabu. A very spectacular play about the drama Peer
Gynt by Henrik Ibsen. Professional actors and
amateurs. The performances take place during the
two first weeks of August -
Venabu has tickets and we also have English and German
speaking guide. |
