200g fresh ginger
1 tablespoon honey (approximately 30ml), to taste
1 litre water
1. Grate the ginger
2. Cut and squeeze the lemons
3. Put the ginger into a pan with the water and warm through for 20 minutes. Avoid boiling to preserve the vitamins.
4. Cool and strain the liquid
5. Add the lemon and honey and mix
Keeps well in the fridge.
